Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible. The shipping time and amount calculated on our website is an estimate, but sometimes things happen that change the final cost. In those instances, we will prepay and add freight to your invoice, which helps reduce chargebacks when your account is unable to be used.

Cancellation Charges

If your order is still open in our system, please contact us at (866) 529-3526 to cancel your order. You will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.

If your order has shipped you can refuse the delivery as it will come back to our warehouse and when the product is received back into our warehouse, at that time you may be charged up to a 35% restocking fee as well as all shipping fees associated with the shipment.

If you have received your order and it does not suite your needs, please contact our friendly customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (866)-529-3526.

Damaged Product

Claims for shortage, breakage, or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipments arriving LTL Freight (not UPS or FedEx Ground): The packages must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery for any concealed damage. Shipping containers must be kept if the shipment is damaged or short.

Returns

No item will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be labeled with a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained from our customer service department. 

All returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with all returns or exchanges. If you have received an order in damaged condition, or are missing one or more items from your order, please contact customer service immediately. In the rare event that you have received an order with faulty or incorrect components, please call our customer service team immediately so we can get this issue resolved in a timely manner.

Shipping Address

  • Review your shipping address to make sure it is correct and complete. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
  • MRIequip.com will only ship to business addresses so you must provide the name of your business for the carrier to know which location the product is being delivered to.
  • Shipping packages to PO boxes is not allowed. Please be sure to enter a physical address with a street number, city and state when checking out.
  • Please include an accurate phone number and person of contact when placing an order online. This will help to ensure that your item is sent to you as quickly as possible.

Freight

Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight charges are part of your invoice and are due accordingly. Freight charges are not discountable.

Shipping Accounts

We will make every effort to utilize your shipping account; however, in some instances, we are unable to follow that protocol. In those instances, we will prepay and add freight to your invoice, which helps reduce chargebacks when your account is unable to be used. In the case of a chargeback, we will send a separate invoice for shipping that will be due at the same time as the invoice for the product and is subject to late fees and any other applicable charges.

Using your own freight provider
When packing our shipments, we provide the highest level of protection so when you’re using your own freight forwarder If any damages occur during transit, MRIequip.com will not be liable for the shipment once it leaves our loading dock. We will be happy to help you file an insurance claim if required and provide additional repair quotes if needed.

Back-Ordered items on your Order?

  • MRIequip.com offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. All orders will ship as items become available, and you will only be charged for freight once. 
  • If you require a specific delivery date, please make sure to call our Customer Service at (866) 529-3526 to confirm we can meet your needs before placing your order.

How to Handle Damaged Freight

Step 1: Do not turn the driver away! 
Step 2: Document all damage (your documents and drivers) then send driver away after noted.
Step 3: Accept the damaged goods.
Step 5: Prevent further damage to freight.
Step 6: File the freight claims immediately.
Step 7: Pay the charges if shipped on your acct#
