PearlFit Flex MRI Positioning Aids can be used as either cushion, wedge or roll making them universally applicable for a broad range of examinations.

PearlFit Flex MRI Positioning Aids are available in various sizes and shapes and can be used for stable but comfortable patient positioning.

The PearlFit Flex products are malleable as a cushion, wedge and roller and are thus suitable for a variety of applications.

Today, patient positioning aids in the field of radiology need to meet constantly growing demands in terms of hygiene and durability. The spread of MRSA and other germs lead to more comprehensive hygiene requirements and especially positioning aids need to be examined for cracks and tears very carefully on a regular basis.

The PearlFit Effect:

PearlFit positioning aids allow a stable but yet pressure free positioning of patients. The effect is commonly known from beanbags – the weight of the (part of the) body suppresses the pearls and makes them interlock into each other. It is similar to vacuum cushions without the need to draw air out (less stable, but also less hard). It can be compared to a footprint in the sand.
